Group Trainee Strategy, Markets and Development (m/f)

Your duties:

Support the international TK strategy community at Corporate headquarters, in the business areas and at our regional headquarters in the strategy development process.
Utilize and expand your methodological skills in practice: Analyze our diverse markets and customers, challenge existing assumptions and develop tailored recommendations for action for senior management.
Drive the change process at ThyssenKrupp together with your colleagues through your project work.


Your profile:

You will complete your degree in economics or industrial/general engineering with distinction by August 2016 at the latest.
You have already gained initial strategy experience through internships at top-tier consultancies and/or business development/strategy functions in international groups.
In addition to analytical and conceptual skills and a structured and independent approach to work, your strengths include high motivation and willingness to learn.
You combine appropriate foreign experience with intercultural openness. As well as being mobile, you will also be expected to routinely work in German and English. Further foreign languages are an advantage.
